The conversion of existing barns in to a 5 bedroom live/work property with major landscaping, drainage and underpinning works.
Garage conversion and first floor extension - Exmouth - Completed September 2008 (6 week contract)
Convert existing garage into new office/day room and build timber frame extension above to create additional bedroom.
Internal alterations to form new kitchen/diner and cloakroom - Exmouth - Completed September 2008 (4 week contract)
Remove dividing wall between kitchen and hall to create large kitchen/diner; design and install new kitchen to include the relocation of boiler to downstairs cloakroom. Create new internal hall with separate entrance to kitchen and install new downstairs cloakroom.
Widening of driveway and resurfacing in block paviers - Exmouth - November 2008 ( 1 week contract)
Widen existing driveway and repalce current tarmac surface with new block pavier covering.

The supply and fit of a conservatory to include relandscaping of existing garden.

Remove load bearing wall between lounge and dining room to create one large room.

Repair and refurbish bungalow as a result of major water damage.
Bungalow extension - Dawlish - Completed July 2009 (12 week contract)
Remodel existing property with the addition of an extension.
Conversion of outbuildings in Pinhoe - in progress
Convert existing outbuildings in to additional usable living areas. Renovate and repair external areas include courtyard and roof.
